Shelf Smart is a free grocery expiry tracking and recipe discovery application for iOS devices. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Your data is stored locally on your device and synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your grocery data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Shelf Smart.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Shelf Smart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
